Shipping policy

Our DELIVERY is FREE OF CHARGE for orders above aed300. It takes from 1 to 3 days. It includes Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharja, AR Rams  (check the exclusions under "Remote areas"). 

Remote area deliveries are attempted only twice a week, on Sunday and Thursday.

List of the remote areas - Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Hatta, Dibba Al Fujairah, Umm Al Qwain.

 

Shipping fees upon returns

If you wish to return your item, you need to cover the shipping cost accordingly:

*Products ordered via FREE DELIVERY method - aed50. 

! In case of defective or wrong items shipped, we will cover the shipping fees.
